The company GAMMA COSMETICS, founded in 2000, is one of the rare certified Russian contract manufacturers of decorative cosmetics and skin and body care products.

was conceived and became a full-cycle enterprise, with the release of products to the customer on a turnkey basis.

From a small enterprise with a small production capacity and a number of dozen employees, by now GAMMA COSMETIC LLC has turned into a large production of a wide range of cosmetic products with modern and high-performance equipment, and the number of qualified personnel has exceeded 100 people.

LLC "GAMMA COSMETIC" is certified according to
ISO9001 and ISO 22716 GMP quality management system.
In 2022, it is planned to carry out certification according to ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)

During the crisis years, GAMMA COSMETIC LLC revised its development strategy, defined new goals, identified the needs of clients (Customers) in new products and technologies.

During the subsequent period, a qualitative and quantitative leap was made in the development of the production company:

The laboratory was transformed - the staff was increased, the terms of development of new products were reduced, new laboratory equipment was purchased.
The production environment was reorganized - through the social and material motivation of the main production personnel, as well as a change in production flows, an increase in labor productivity was achieved by 35%.

3. New equipment purchased and put into operation:
3.1. Several reactors for the preparation of cosmetic masses - from 10 liters to 2 tons.
3.2. Machines for filling the masses in tubes of various formats (10 formats).
3.3. Automatic line for filling containers from 100 ml to 2 liters.
3.4. Labeling equipment for labels and containers of various formats.
3.5. Sleeve-labeling machine - saving on containers with a variety of design and decoration options.
3.6. An automatic machine for filling cosmetic masses into packages of the "Sachet" type, of various formats and designs.
3.7. Accessories for lines for the production of lipstick and balm sticks in the "Stillo" format.
3.8. Installation for the preparation and ozonization of water for the production of cosmetic masses.

Employees are 80% of the company's success. Training has been organized in Russia and abroad, refresher courses and corporate events are held.
